Members who are unable to attend the General Assembly may appoint another eligible voting member as their proxy to vote on their behalf. A completed proxy form must be submitted to the ISSCD Secretariat by 15 September 2026, 17:00 (GMT+1). Each proxy may only represent one member. Proxy votes will be counted alongside votes cast by members attending the meeting.
