Membership categories

There are four types of Membership of the ISSCD;

Individual membership is open to professionals working in the field of celiac disease and/or gluten mediated human disease willing to support the aims of the ISSCD.

Fellow membership is awarded to an individual who has been a member of ISSCD for more than five years and has also been working in this field for at least 10 years.

Individual and Fellow Members may vote at the ISSCD General Assembly.

Patient organisation (not for profit) and industry (commercial) membership is open to organisations involved in or having a verifiable interest in the aims of the ISSCD. These members do not have a vote at the ISSCD General Assembly.

Acceptance

The ISSCD Executive Board will first review your application. After their acceptance you will receive a membership number. The ISSCD Membership starts at the beginning of the calendar year and expires at the end of the calendar year.

Two months before your Membership is due to expire you will receive an email asking if you would like to continue your Membership.
